At Gosasta (operated by Hojo Enterprises), we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner across India.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

  • In case of high order volume, processing may be slightly delayed

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days from dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability

  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional time

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout

  • Promotional offers such as free shipping may apply on selected products

📍 Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship across India only

  • Orders to non-serviceable locations may be cancelled with a full refund

📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email

  • You can track your shipment status in real time

⚠️ Important Delivery Instructions

If the outer package appears damaged, tampered, or opened, we strongly advise you to:

  • Record a clear video of the package condition before opening

  • Refuse to accept the delivery from the courier partner

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.

👉 Please note: Accepting a visibly damaged parcel without proper video proof may affect the eligibility for damage or missing item claims.

❗ Failed Delivery / Refused Orders (Prepaid Orders)

If a prepaid order is not accepted or delivery is refused by the customer:

  • The order will be returned to us by the courier

  • A refund will be processed after deducting:

    • Return shipping charges, and

    • 15% restocking/processing fee

🛠️ Custom or Made-to-Order Products

  • Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • If such orders are refused at delivery:

    • The order amount may be non-refundable

    • Re-dispatch will be done only after the customer pays additional shipping charges

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

  • Regional restrictions or holidays

We will assist in tracking and resolving such issues wherever possible.
