Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made on https://gosasta.in, operated by Hojo Enterprises.


1. Important – Please Review Before Ordering

At Gosasta, we provide detailed product descriptions, images, and in many cases, real product demonstration videos to help customers make informed decisions.

  • Customers are strongly encouraged to review all product details before placing an order

  • If a product video is not available, you may request one by emailing sales@gosasta.in with the product link


2. Returns & Eligibility

We offer returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 10 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging

Non-Return Scenarios

Returns may not be accepted in cases of:

  • Used Product.

  • Original Packing is Missing.

  • Physical Damages.

👉 However, each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair resolution.


3. Refund Deductions

For approved returns:

  • A 15% restocking/processing fee will be deducted

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs


4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

You must report it within 48 hours of delivery

📹 Mandatory Requirement:

  • A clear parcel opening (unboxing) video is required

  • The video must show the sealed package and the issue clearly

👉 Claims without video proof may not be accepted.

Once verified:

  • We will provide a free replacement or resolution

  • No restocking fee will be charged


5. Manufacturing Defect Warranty (15 Days)

We provide a 15-day warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects only.

This does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Water damage

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

After approval:

  • Pickup will be arranged

  • Replacement will be dispatched within 7 working days


6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

  • Replacement not possible due to stock unavailability

  • Order cancelled by Gosasta


7. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank


8. Prepaid Orders – Delivery Refusal

If a prepaid order is refused or not accepted:

  • The order will be returned to us

  • Refund will be processed after deducting:

    • Return shipping charges

    • 15% restocking fee
