Refund Policy

💰 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

  • Order cancelled by Gosasta due to unforeseen reasons

  • Product is out of stock and replacement is not possible

  • Eligible return request approved as per our Return Policy

👉 Refunds will not be issued for products that are functioning properly and match the product description.

🔁 Refunds on Returns

For approved returns:

  • A 15% restocking/processing fee will be deducted

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer

Refund will be processed only after:

  • The returned product is received, and

  • Successfully inspected by our team

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • A parcel opening (unboxing) video is mandatory

Once verified:

  • A free replacement will be provided, or

  • A full refund may be issued if replacement is not possible

👉 No restocking fee will be charged in such cases.

❗ Prepaid Orders – Delivery Refusal

If a prepaid order is refused or not accepted:

  • The order will be returned to us

  • Refund will be processed after deducting:

    • Return shipping charges

    • 15% restocking fee

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Product used, damaged, or altered by the customer

  • Missing original packaging or accessories

  • Request raised after the allowed time window

  • Claims without required proof (such as unboxing video)

  • Non-returnable or hygiene-sensitive products

⏱ Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
